It's the first single off his 8th album that he's been working on.
If it's more r&b than pop, I can move it. NBD.
I don't see usher doing something pop after his whole "Revolutionary-Pop" sound completely bombed and all the success within R&B & Soul music Robin Thicke, Justin Timberlake, Pharrell Williams, and John Legend have been receiving as of lately.
Honestly as an R&B artist he should have never tried to go Pop. It really made him seem like a sell out: see "OMG," "DJ Got Us Fallin' In Love," and "Scream."
Tho the first two were good, overall as a career move it was a fail!!
Sometimes there's airplanes, I can't jump out. Sometimes there's bullsh!t, that don't work now. We all got out stories, but please tell me... what there's to complain about.
Idk why usher still wants to chart, by now he just need to be Alicia Keys and REAP those grammy awards like he must he rich by now and every time he release a r&b song its like Alicia Keys albums, it always wins
